As a movie media collector, Jeremiah Flores needs a reliable shelving unit to house his collection. When he was in the market for shelves, he was after something strong and sturdy that could safely and reliably store his movies.

While Jeremiah was searching for options, he came across Jeff Rauseo (featured on our blog in January of 2024) on Instagram. He took a deep dive through Jeff's Instagram and YouTube channel and fell in love the custom shelving unit Jeff used to store his own at home movie collection. The brand Jeff was using was none other than Modern Shelving.
After sending his measurements to the Modern Shelving team, Jeremiah found that working with the design to create his custom shelving unit was smooth and easy. When the shelves arrived, Jeremiah got to work installing them. A handy individual, Jeremiah had the shelves up and running within a few hours.
"I am extremely happy with my order and my choice to spend the extra money on this type of movie media rack,” says Jeremiah. “The construction and material is stellar, and I enjoy them more knowing that each shelf will not flex or sag with the weight of my movies like other shelves would suffer.”
The shelves are situated in the living room of Jeremiah's Diamond Bar, California home. He already has 1,000 movies displayed on the shelves and has no plans to stop collecting anytime soon.
“I am grateful to have seen Jeff Rauseo’s YouTube video on [Modern Shelving] as I have been on the lookout for a while now and I knew I didn’t want to spend the [money] on something generic and dull like other shelving racks," says Jeremiah. "I will most likely be re-ordering more shelves as my unit is already maxed out on my collection. I am a huge physical movie media person and this hobby is not going to stop anytime soon.”
